nerdlabdesign.com เป็นผู้จำหน่ายอุปกรณ์งานฝีมือ อุปกรณ์งานคราฟต์ อุปกรณ์จัดโต๊ะทำงาน สินค้าสั่งผลิต (Custom/On-Demand) และงานพิมพ์ 3 มิติ (3D Printed Products) ภายใต้สโลแกน “Stay nerd but in style”
nerdlabdesign.com offers craft supplies, workspace desk setups, custom/made-to-order products, and 3D printed items under our slogan “Stay nerd but in style”.

2. สินค้าและการสั่งผลิต | Products & On-Demand Production
ลักษณะสินค้า 3D Print: สินค้าที่เป็นงานพิมพ์ 3 มิติ (3D Printing) อาจมีริ้วรอยตามชั้นการพิมพ์ (Layer Lines) หรือข้อจำกัดทางเทคนิคเล็กน้อยอันเป็นเรื่องปกติของกระบวนการผลิตประเภทนี้ ซึ่งไม่ถือเป็นตำหนิหรือสินค้าชำรุด
3D Printed Products : Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, minor surface layer lines or slight cosmetic variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Color Accuracy : Product colors displayed on your screen may slightly differ from the actual physical item due to monitor settings and filament batch variations.

ระยะเวลาการผลิต (Lead Time): สินค้าประเภทสั่งผลิต (Made-to-Order / On-Demand) จะใช้เวลาในการจัดทำประมาณ 1 – 3 วันทำการ (หรือตามที่ระบุไว้ในหน้ารายละเอียดสินค้า) ก่อนดำเนินการจัดส่ง
Production Lead Time : On-Demand and Made-to-Order items require a production lead time of 1 to 3 business days (or as stated on the product page) prior to shipping.

3. การสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน | Orders & Payment
คำสั่งซื้อจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อท่านได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
Orders are considered finalized once payment confirmation has been received.

บริษัท/ร้านค้า ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อในกรณีที่มีข้อผิดพลาดเกี่ยวกับราคา จำนวนสินค้าในระบบ หรือกรณีที่ไม่สามารถจัดหาวัสดุในการผลิตได้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบและดำเนินการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or material shortages. In such cases, customers will be notified and fully refunded.

4. การจัดส่งสินค้า | Shipping & Delivery
ร้านค้าจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าตามรอบการผลิตและการจัดส่งที่กำหนดไว้
Orders will be shipped according to the estimated production and dispatch timelines.

หากเกิดความล่าช้าอันเนื่องจากบริษัทขนส่งเอกชน หรือเหตุสุดวิสัย ร้านค้ายินดีช่วยติดตามสถานะสินค้า แต่ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายอันเกิดจากความล่าช้าดังกล่าว
While we assist in tracking delayed packages, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseeable events.

5. นโยบายการคืนสินค้า การเปลี่ยนสินค้า และการคืนเงิน | Returns & Refunds
สินค้าชำรุดหรือส่งผิด: หากสินค้าเกิดความเสียหายจากการขนส่ง หรือส่งผิดรายการ กรุณาติดต่อเราพร้อมถ่ายวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่องสินค้า (Unboxing Video) ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า เพื่อดำเนินการเปลี่ยนชิ้นใหม่
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video/photo proof to request a replacement.

สินค้า Custom / สั่งผลิตเฉพาะ: สินค้าที่มีการปรับแต่งสีพิเศษ หรือสั่งผลิตตามขนาดเฉพาะของลูกค้า ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกได้ เว้นแต่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดในการผลิตของทางร้าน
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Custom color combinations or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the error was made on our part.

ร้านค้าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้ากรณีลูกค้าเปลี่ยนใจ หรือสั่งซื้อผิดไซส์/ผิดขนาดเอง
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or incorrect size ordering by the customer.

All designs, 3D models, logos, text, photography, and content on nerdlabdesign.com are the intellectual property of nerdlabdesign. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
