Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Domestic Returns (Within Thailand)
For orders shipped within Thailand, we follow standard return procedures:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
International Returns (Outside Thailand)
Due to the high costs and complexities of international logistics, we offer a special “No-Return” partial refund option:
- 40% Refund Option: You may request a 40% partial refund of the item price.
- Keep the Product: Subject to approval, you may keep the product without having to ship it back to Thailand. This eliminates the hassle and high cost of international return shipping for you.
- Exclusions: Original shipping costs and any import duties/taxes are strictly non-refundable.
General Conditions
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Approval Required: All refund requests are subject to approval by our team. We may require photos or videos of the product for verification.
Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and sale items are non-refundable.
นโยบายการคืนสินค้าของเรามีระยะเวลา 30 วัน หากเกินกว่า 30 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อ เราจะไม่สามารถคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ได้ สินค้าที่จะทำเรื่องคืนได้ต้องยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน อยู่ในสภาพเดิมเหมือนตอนที่ได้รับ และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์ดั้งเดิมเท่านั้น
การคืนสินค้าภายในประเทศไทย
- ค่าจัดส่งคืน : ลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งสินค้ากลับมายังร้านค้าเอง โดยค่าจัดส่งนี้ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
- การตรวจสอบ : เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าและตรวจสอบสภาพแล้ว เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบผลการพิจารณาการคืนเงิน
การคืนสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ
เนื่องด้วยข้อจำกัดและค่าใช้จ่ายที่สูงของการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ เราจึงมีทางเลือกการคืนเงินบางส่วนโดยไม่ต้องส่งสินค้ากลับ ดังนี้:
- การคืนเงิน 40% : คุณสามารถยื่นคำร้องขอ คืนเงินบางส่วนเป็นจำนวน 40% ของราคาสินค้า
- ไม่ต้องส่งของกลับ : ภายใต้การพิจารณาและอนุมัติจากทางร้าน คุณสามารถเก็บสินค้าไว้ได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องส่งกลับมายังประเทศไทย เพื่อลดความยุ่งยากและภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งของคืนระหว่างประเทศ
- ข้อยกเว้น : ค่าจัดส่งในรอบแรก รวมถึงภาษีนำเข้าต่างๆ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณี

สินค้าที่ไม่รับคืน: บัตรของขวัญ, ซอฟต์แวร์ที่ดาวน์โหลด และสินค้าลดราคา ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
